5. Payment Terms

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Retainer or ongoing service agreements may require 30 days’ written notice for cancellation unless stated otherwise in the contract.

7. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality extremely seriously.
All client information, business data, documents, and communication will be kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties unless:

  • Required by law, or

  • Explicit written permission is granted by the client.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Bookings

Complimentary consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to attend without notice may result in limited future availability.

2. Service Packages

Because services are customised and time-based, refunds cannot be issued for hours already completed.

Retainer Packages

  • Retainers are billed monthly in advance, with 7 days payment terms.

  • Unused hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

  • Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.

Hourly Work

  • Hourly work is billed weekly with a 7 days payment terms.

  • Hours already delivered cannot be refunded.

  • Prepaid hours are non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Cancellations by JBW Business Solutions Ltd

In rare circumstances, if we must cancel or discontinue services, clients will receive:

  • A pro-rated refund for any prepaid, unused hours or

  • Credit toward future services
