I'm Jessica, the founder of JBW Business Solutions, and for over 16 years, my career has revolved around supporting people, solving problems and making the complicated feel effortless.

My professional journey began in 2008, working overseas in travel and tourism. It was there that I discovered how much I enjoyed working with people, thinking on my feet and finding solutions in fast-paced environments.

From there, I moved into the corporate world, working with Fortune 500 organisations and progressing into senior leadership positions, including Corporate Sales Director.

I loved the commercial side of business — the strategy, relationships and drive to succeed. But what I enjoyed most was being the person who could bring everything together, anticipate what needed doing and make life easier for those around me.

A career built on trust and experience

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting CEOs, founders, internationally recognised individuals and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) principals.

This includes three years providing direct executive and personal support to UHNW individuals, managing both professional and private affairs in demanding, highly confidential environments.

Those experiences taught me that exceptional support isn't simply about being organised. It's about discretion, sound judgement, adaptability and understanding someone's needs well enough to stay one step ahead.

It's about becoming someone they can genuinely depend on.

The story behind JBW

In 2024, I decided to bring everything I'd learned together and create something of my own.

That's when JBW Business Solutions was born.

I wanted to build a business that combined the professionalism and high standards of executive-level support with something equally important — personality, warmth and genuine partnership.
