I’m Jessica, the founder of JBW Business Solutions, and for the past 16+ years, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting leaders, elevating operations, and creating clarity behind the scenes so others can shine out front.

My journey began back in 2008 as an overseas travel representative - my first introduction to customer care, communication, and fast-paced environments. I moved into the corporate world soon after, spending many years working for major Fortune 500 companies and eventually progressing into senior leadership roles, including Corporate Sales Director.

I loved sales - the strategy, the people, the performance - but I quickly realised something important:
My true talent sat in the organisation, the detail, and the support that enabled others to succeed.
